Smartsheet, a company empowering teams to manage projects and automate workflows, is seeking a Sr. Channel Account Manager. This role focuses on optimizing the U.S. & Canada channel by recruiting new partners and managing existing relationships.
Responsibilities: - Recruit and onboard new Solution Provider Partners.
- Develop a pipeline of partner prospects in the US and Canada.
- Manage inbound partner application leads.
- Manage partner recruitment programs.
- Create business plans and develop Go-to-Market efforts with new partners.
- Work with Channel Marketing to maximize partner engagement.
- Manage deployment of MDF with key partners.
- Secure ongoing partner preference and investment in Smartsheet relationships.
Requirements: - 5-7+ years of full cycle channel sales management experience.
- Experience in the SaaS space.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience with software partner programs (MDF, DealReg, Partner Enablement pathways, etc.).
- Ability to manage partners and execute joint business planning.
- Knowledge of salesforce.com CRM and proficiency in G Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time.
