Job Description
Tekion is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive HR strategy and initiatives for defined client groups in India. This role involves partnering with senior leaders and business stakeholders to deliver HR solutions that support business objectives and foster a positive work culture. The Senior HR Business Partner will align people's strategy and initiatives with the global business strategy, while supporting the change and transition of the business in the area of human capital. In addition, they will be employee champions to take care of the interest of the employee and create a healthy work life to enable communication and feedback.Role involves:
- Orchestrating the rollout of engagement surveys.
- Providing support to leaders.
- Offering manager support and development.
- Facilitating the development of clear career paths.
- Overseeing feedback and recognition platforms.
- Providing ongoing support and coaching for performance management.
- Managing total rewards programs.
- Providing support for succession planning, reorganizations, and optimizing team composition.
- Developing quarterly executive summaries.
- Developing intervention recommendations and executing strategies.
- Ensuring globally aligned and consistent communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR business Partnering role preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Stakeholder management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities are important.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing complex ER issues is preferred.
