Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Market Data Operations Lead to join their team in Pune, India. This role is crucial for ensuring Addepar's clients receive timely and accurate data for informed investment decisions. The Market Data Operations team is at the heart of Addepar's operations, requiring daily communication with data providers, clients, and internal teams.
The role involves:
- Pioneering the Market Data Operations function and building a team of analysts.
- Designing procedures for internal verification checks to ensure data integrity.
- Developing and executing quality assurance tests for market data product features.
- Managing market data pipeline workflows and addressing client inquiries.
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to validate and update security data.
- Leading team member onboarding, mentorship, and career development.
- Collaborating with leads on new data initiatives and technology transformation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in financial services or financial data.
- Experience managing medium size teams.
- Deep knowledge of the Investment Management or Wealth Management industry.
- Experience building client-sensitive operational processes with clear SLAs and KPIs.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of trade processing, NAV review, corporate actions, and security valuation.
- Technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Jira/Confluence, SQL, or financial systems.
