Job Description
Envoy is seeking an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in Denver, Colorado. This hybrid position requires at least 4 days a week in the Denver office. The BDR's primary responsibility is to generate sales pipeline by delivering qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive (AE) team. They will conduct account and contact research, manage a territory of accounts, qualify leads, generate interest among prospects, and broker introductions between AEs and prospective clients.

Role Involves:
  • Serving as the first point-of-contact for prospective Envoy customers.
  • Working in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and BDR Management.
  • Executing an Account-Based go-to-market motion.
  • Developing a strong knowledge of Envoy’s suite of products.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development.

Requirements:
  • Over 9 months as a BDR/SDR in the technology industry OR 1+ year of full sales cycle closing experience in another industry.
  • Demonstrable ability to prospect into Mid-Market/Enterprise level accounts.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Superb written and spoken communication skills.
  • A keen sense of organization and autonomy.
  • Experience with SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo.
