Job Description
Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Business Analyst - Payments to join their team in Bengaluru or Chennai. Capco is a global technology and management consulting firm that works with major players in the banking, financial services, and energy sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK payments and experience gathering requirements, drafting customer journey maps, and writing user stories.Role involves:
  • Gathering and elaborating requirements
  • Drafting Customer Journey Maps and Use Cases
  • Identifying possible scenarios for new requirements
  • Writing EPICS and User Stories
  • Stakeholder management
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience
  • Good understanding of UK payments (Chaps, Faster Payments, ISO 20022, BACS, SEPA, Pain, PACS, CAMT formats)
  • Hands-on experience with application and database queries
  • Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong communication, data analysis, and presentation skills
