Job Description
Angi is seeking a Senior Learning Designer to create strategic, high-impact learning experiences that drive performance and support the company’s evolving business needs. This role requires advanced instructional design expertise, project leadership, and mentorship capabilities to elevate the quality and efficiency of Angi’s learning programs.

The role involves:
  • Leading the design and development of innovative, scalable learning solutions.
  • Developing cutting-edge learning modalities, including e-learning and instructor-led training.
  • Creating comprehensive evaluation strategies to assess learning effectiveness.
  • Translating complex business information into digestible learning content.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment between learning initiatives and business priorities.
  • Mentoring and supporting the designer team in building instructional design capabilities.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing scalable, innovative learning solutions.
  • Deep expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
  • Proficiency with learning technologies and authoring tools.
  • Experience mentoring and upskilling other designers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
