Treasury Specialist Asset Liability Management

Bitpanda, founded in Vienna, Austria, is seeking a Treasury Specialist to join their Asset and Liability Management (ALM) team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding Treasury operations, focusing on reconciliation processes and supporting the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the ALM team to reconcile intricate ALM positions.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance the ALM product setup.
• Ensure timely delivery of ALM reports.
• Support the management and analysis of crypto asset-liability positions.
• Offer strategic insights and recommendations to optimize balance sheet management.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive understanding of Financial Markets, Crypto, and investment instruments.
• 2+ years of experience in Treasury.
• Experience with blockchain technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good understanding and regular use of SQL.
• Python knowledge is a plus.
