Job Description
Upgrade is seeking an Account Manager to support the North America Commercial Hospitality team and drive growth for Flex Pay. The Account Manager will act as the voice of partners, working with internal teams to build new relationships and grow existing partnerships. This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, New York, or Toronto offices.
Role involves:
- Owning and managing partner relationships.
- Achieving or exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
- Developing and maintaining strategic account plans.
- Providing analytical, operational, and presentation support.
- Delivering partner reporting and identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
- Managing partner initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate forecasts.
- Driving growth by increasing Upgrade’s share of partner transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant business experience.
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is highly preferred.
- Strong data skills.
- Good relationship-building abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
