Job Description
AppDirect is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the integration of Broker Online Exchange (BOX) systems into the AppDirect platform and lead the product roadmap for the energy market. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams, commercial stakeholders, and newly acquired teams to develop scalable and innovative products for the energy sector. The Senior Product Manager will define and execute the product vision for the energy vertical, helping clients find the best energy rates from hundreds of suppliers.

Role involves:
  • Managing and executing the roadmap for the energy market.
  • Integrating energy brokerage systems into the AppDirect ecosystem.
  • Representing customer needs and translating them into actionable features.
  • Leading Agile teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Promoting data and AI innovation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Establishing KPIs and OKRs to measure product performance.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with expertise in integration or complex industries such as energy, fintech, or logistics.
  • Proven experience managing and launching B2B products.
  • Strong technical expertise.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
