Job Description
AppDirect is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the integration of Broker Online Exchange (BOX) into the AppDirect platform and drive the roadmap for their energy marketplace. This role involves working closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and newly acquired teams to shape a scalable and innovative energy product.Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the energy product roadmap.
  • Lead the integration of BOX’s systems into the AppDirect ecosystem.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Act as product owner, leading agile teams and prioritizing backlogs.
  • Champion data and AI-driven innovation.
  • Collaborate across various departments to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Establish KPIs and OKRs to track product performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven success owning and launching products for B2B customers.
  • Strong technical fluency.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
