Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Security Operations Senior Manager to enhance the organization's security. The role involves leading a team to strengthen the overall security posture through a holistic approach to cybersecurity. This position requires a high-level individual performer with matrixed leadership responsibilities, with the potential for direct management responsibilities over time.Spaulding Ridge Security Operations Senior Manager will:

• Lead and coordinate purple team activities.
• Design and oversee simulated cyber attacks.
• Develop and implement incident management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR/Data Privacy regulations.
• Automate security processes and workflows.
• Administer and maintain security tools and platforms.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with other IT and business units.
• Stay current with emerging threats and technologies.
• Prepare and deliver security reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• 6+ years of experience in Python, SQL, and security automation tools.
• Proven experience in incident management and response.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 and GDPR/Data Privacy regulations.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security tools.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or OSCP.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
