Anaplan Manager

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking an Anaplan Manager to join their Anaplan Delivery Team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will design best-in-class Anaplan solutions tailored to client needs, develop technical visions, and coach internal model-building consultants and clients. This role involves working with data sources, integration layers, Anaplan model architecture, and user interface design.Responsibilities:

• Work as a Solutions Architect and lead the end-to-end design of an Anaplan Model
• Run a project utilizing the Agile Implementation Methodology
• Communicate effectively with client teams across various time zones
• Work in a Hybrid model (WFH and Office)
• Teach clients and internal resources how to build a model
• Guide customers to enhance their processes using Anaplan expertise
• Lead a team of consultants
• Understand clients' business planning performance management processes
• Develop Proof of Concept (POC) models
• Design detailed blueprints for enterprise models

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering or any Graduate + MBA/PG/CA/CFA in Finance
• 10-13 years of consulting/implementation experience with on-premise systems
• 6-8 years of hands-on Modelling Experience in Anaplan
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Microsoft Office Suite expertise
• Certified Solution Architect in Anaplan is Must
• Experience in managing teams
