Specialist, Global Community & Creators - NBA 2K

Job Description

2K is seeking a Specialist for the Global Community & Creators team for NBA 2K. This role is ideal for a community builder passionate about gaming, especially NBA 2K, who understands player motivations and the impact of creators. The Specialist will support creator opportunities, manage community platforms, and relay player feedback to various internal teams.Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in creator-driven opportunities and content creation.
• Coordinating asset delivery and tracking content performance.
• Supporting community events and livestream coordination.
• Managing official NBA 2K communities on Discord and Twitch.
• Executing community surveys and documenting player feedback.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Community or Creator Relations, content production, or player support.
• Strong understanding of NBA 2K or comparable live/sports game franchises.
• Knowledge of community and content platforms (Discord, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Steam, etc.).
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, collaborative tools like G Suite, and project management tools.
• Fundamental knowledge in Adobe creative apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
