Job Description
The Social Hub is seeking a F&B Manager to lead all aspects of food, beverage, and guest experience across its restaurant, bar, café, and event spaces in Rome. The F&B Manager will guide outlet managers, collaborate with the Head Chef, and ensure smooth operations, menu innovation, and financial success. The ideal candidate will balance a passion for hospitality with strong operational skills, creating memorable experiences for guests and driving team performance.Role involves:
- Leading and inspiring outlet managers and supervisors.
- Collaborating with the Head Chef for seamless service.
- Maintaining top-tier service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Engaging with guests and gathering feedback.
- Developing innovative menus and beverage programs.
- Monitoring budgets, labor, and P&L performance.
- Developing promotions and activations with marketing.
- Supporting team training, development, and performance.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations.
- Proven ability to manage restaurant, bar, and event teams.
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership.
- Passion for hospitality and team development.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Experience using digital tools to streamline operations.
