Job Description
The Social Hub is seeking a F&B Manager to lead all aspects of food, beverage, and guest experience across its restaurant, bar, café, and event spaces in Rome. The F&B Manager will guide outlet managers, collaborate with the Head Chef, and ensure smooth operations, menu innovation, and financial success. The ideal candidate will balance a passion for hospitality with strong operational skills, creating memorable experiences for guests and driving team performance.Role involves:
  • Leading and inspiring outlet managers and supervisors.
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef for seamless service.
  • Maintaining top-tier service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Engaging with guests and gathering feedback.
  • Developing innovative menus and beverage programs.
  • Monitoring budgets, labor, and P&L performance.
  • Developing promotions and activations with marketing.
  • Supporting team training, development, and performance.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations.
  • Proven ability to manage restaurant, bar, and event teams.
  • Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership.
  • Passion for hospitality and team development.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Experience using digital tools to streamline operations.
