Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a highly experienced Project Controls Manager to oversee complex large-scale automotive or industrial projects. The role is based in King Abdullah Economic City. The Project Controls Manager will be responsible for managing projects from beginning to end. He will collaborate with internal departments including Building Facilities, General Assembly, Body Weld, Power Train and Logistics. Lucid Motors is looking for someone with a can-do attitude, determination, and a drive for perfection.
  • Creating, building, and developing integrated master schedules
  • Reviewing and monitoring contractor schedules
  • Analyzing delays and proposing solutions
  • Preparing cost control reports
  • Managing Quantity Surveyors
  • Proven experience in controlling industrial construction projects
  • Advanced knowledge of engineering construction management processes
  • Expert knowledge of P6 and other related software
  • Familiarity with construction management software packages
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to improve timelines to achieve milestones
  • 15+ years of experience in a managerial position for mega industrial construction projects
  • BS or MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
