Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in Dearborn, Michigan, to serve as a Supervising Clinician. This role involves overseeing ABA therapy and guiding Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. Centria emphasizes clinical quality and individualized care through assent-based practices, Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT), and Universal Protocols. The role involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
- BCaBA certification from the BACB.
- Active state license, if applicable.
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience preferred.
- Crisis management experience preferred.
