Job Description
Centria is seeking a Director of Clinical Services for its Life Skills Autism Academy in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves leading a team of Supervising Clinicians, ensuring quality care, and driving clinical performance. The Director will provide clinical case support, implement performance improvement initiatives, and contribute to staff training and onboarding. They will also collaborate with other leaders and manage a small caseload.
Role involves:
- Leading and supervising a team of Supervising Clinicians.
- Ensuring quality care and adherence to performance standards.
- Providing clinical case support and data-based decision-making.
- Implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Contributing to staff training and onboarding.
- Collaborating with other leaders and stakeholders.
- Managing a small caseload.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
- Active state license, if applicable.
- 3+ years of experience as a BCBA/Supervising Clinician (preferred) or 2+ years at Centria.
- Experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
