Job Description

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. The Supervising Clinician will practice Applied Behavior Analysis aligned with Centria's Foundations of Care, emphasizing assent-based approaches and client values.

Centria's model focuses on individualized care through Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT) and Universal Protocols. The company emphasizes clinical quality with multiple layers of support and a Dyad model that eliminates operational tasks.

The role involves:

  • Providing clinical oversight to drive compliance and retention.
  • Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Leading and maintaining staff, ensuring daily functions are completed.
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements include:

  • Master's degree in alignment with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete).
  • BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Active state license, when applicable.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience (preferred).
  • Crisis management experience (preferred).
