Job Description
Centria Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Dearborn, Michigan. This role offers support and mentorship opportunities for newly certified BCBAs, allowing them to grow in their careers. The successful candidate will oversee ABA Therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met.

The role involves:
  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele to drive compliance and retention.
  • Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans following ABA principles.
  • Leading and maintaining staff by communicating job expectations.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete it.
  • BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing.
  • Active state license, when applicable.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred.
  • Crisis management experience is preferred.
