Senior Revenue Operations Business Partner at Backbase

Backbase is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Business Partner to join their Customer Operations team. This role will act as a strategic partner and regional EMEA leader, empowering sales and customer success teams while collaborating with regional leadership. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing regional plans, providing data-driven insights to improve efficiency, and ensuring the successful adoption of global sales processes, tools, and strategies. The mission is to accelerate growth and success of the EMEA region.

Role Involves:

• Co-driving the execution of regional go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborating with regional sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Identifying and addressing bottlenecks across sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
• Delivering performance reports, pipeline trends, and sales forecasts.
• Leading initiatives to refine operational processes and enhance the adoption of new tools and technologies.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations roles.
• Software enterprise background is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari) and marketing automation tools.
• Proven ability to coordinate and drive alignment with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
