Job Description
Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to positively impact children with autism. The Behavior Technician will work directly with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under the direction of a BCBA. This role involves using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, while also addressing interfering behaviors.

Role involves:
  • Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Reducing interfering behaviors.
  • Working collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements:
  • Passionate about helping children with autism.
  • Patient, compassionate, and a team player.
  • Must be 18+ years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
