Job Description
Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician. This role involves providing direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, following behavior protocols, collecting data, and assisting with parent training. The Behavior Technician will also ensure timely documentation, communicate client progress, and maintain a safe therapy environment.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • RBT certification
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
  • Willing to obtain a tuberculosis (TB) test annually
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
