Backbase is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their regional sales team in the CEE region. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales quotas by identifying and qualifying new regional sales opportunities and running effective sales cycles. They will collaborate with demand generation specialists and pre-sales experts to prepare RFPs, pitches, and POCs, ultimately closing strategic deals. Responsibilities:
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Identifying and qualifying new regional sales opportunities
  • Running effective sales cycles
  • Preparing RFPs, pitches, and POCs
  • Closing strategic deals
  • Setting/negotiating product/service terms or contracts
  • Planning own territory or account approach and managing own resources
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of hunter-sales experience
  • Proven record in meeting sales targets
  • Demonstrated success in managing executive relationships with partners and customers
  • Deep understanding of business, financials and Backbase products and services
  • Deep understanding of FinTech market and clients' needs
  • Preferably Master's degree in a business related field
  • Knowledge of English and local languages, written and spoken
