Center Based - Russian Speaking Behavior Technician

Centria Autism is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Russian Speaking Behavior Technician to join their team in Beaverton, Oregon. The Behavior Technician will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.Responsibilities:

• Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reducing interfering behaviors.
• Collecting data on client progress.
• Collaborating with a team of professionals.

Requirements:

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squad, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Speak Russian Fluently.
