Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician

Job Description

Centria Autism is seeking a Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician to join their team in Woodburn, Oregon. The Behavior Technician will work directly with children with autism, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role offers the chance to positively impact children's lives by teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while addressing challenging behaviors. Requirements:

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squad, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
