Job Description
Dataiku is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager, Americas. In this role, the individual will serve a portfolio of large enterprise accounts within the Americas, proactively illustrating the value delivered through Dataiku’s software and services. Reporting to the Director, Customer Success, they will act as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with Dataiku teams and partners to exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving customer product adoption, expansion, and retention.
Role Involves:
- Serving a portfolio of assigned accounts, including leading organizations in various industries.
- Understanding client use cases and helping users achieve their goals via Dataiku's Product and Services.
- Translating business use cases into data science solutions and providing value assessments.
- Guiding customers on leveraging Dataiku for data science projects from design to production.
- Implementing customer engagement strategies, including Success Reviews and community events.
- Leveraging customer health analytics to identify expansion opportunities and churn risks.
- Collaborating with the Sales team for successful renewals and expanded customer relationships.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of account management, customer success, or consulting experience, preferably within enterprise software or data science.
- Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and across departments.
- Strong knowledge of the data science project lifecycle.
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
