Job Description
Dataiku is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to serve a portfolio of large enterprise accounts within the Americas. This role involves proactively working with stakeholders to demonstrate the value of Dataiku's software and services. The Strategic Customer Success Manager will report to the Director of Customer Success and act as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with Dataiku teams and partners to exceed customer expectations.

Role involves:
  • Actively serving a portfolio of assigned accounts.
  • Understanding client's use cases and desired business outcomes.
  • Translating business use cases into data science solutions.
  • Providing guidance on leveraging Dataiku for data science projects.
  • Implementing customer engagement strategies.
  • Leveraging customer health analytics.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team for renewals and expansion.

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of account management, customer success, or consulting experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of data science project lifecycle.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
