Pismo is seeking a Senior Global Recruiter to lead the recruitment process for technology and product roles in Brazil. The ideal candidate will identify, attract, and hire top talent, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment process for technology and product roles.
  • Utilize advanced English skills for daily communication.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Actively pursue continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level (Upper Intermediate).
  • Demonstrated experience with recruiting for Tech roles.
  • Proven experience with Data-Driven Recruitment.
  • Knowledge of Interviewing Best Practices.
  • Experience with Recruitment KPIs.
  • Experience with recruiting for Product roles (desirable).
