Pismo is seeking a Senior Global Recruiter to lead the recruitment process for technology and product roles in Brazil. The ideal candidate will identify, attract, and hire top talent, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities: - Lead the recruitment process for technology and product roles.
- Utilize advanced English skills for daily communication.
- Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions.
- Actively pursue continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements: - Proficiency in English at B2 level (Upper Intermediate).
- Demonstrated experience with recruiting for Tech roles.
- Proven experience with Data-Driven Recruitment.
- Knowledge of Interviewing Best Practices.
- Experience with Recruitment KPIs.
- Experience with recruiting for Product roles (desirable).
