Job Description
Resi Media, LLC, a Pushpay company, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer I to provide technical assistance and support to its customers. This role involves using independent judgment to address customer needs and resolve technical issues. The Technical Support Engineer I will be the first point of contact for many customers, providing technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for customer systems.
What this role involves:
  • Delivering prompt and effective support through various channels.
  • Following processes for new customer onboarding and daily support.
  • Providing frontline support and incident triage.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Writing detailed bug reports.
  • Identifying patterns in support issues and escalating trends.
Requirements:
  • 1 year support experience with an online service product.
  • 1 year experience with professional audio and video equipment, and AV production system design.
  • Working knowledge of IT, networking, computer hardware and software concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Bilingual / Spanish Fluency is preferred.
