Freelance Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Momentum Worldwide is seeking a Freelance Senior Project Manager to manage large and small multi-faceted projects, accounts, and campaigns. The Senior Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and efficiently. They will refine processes, manage project communications, define resource needs, and ensure financial success for the agency. The role involves mentoring junior Project Managers and demonstrating leadership skills by managing interdisciplinary teams.Responsibilities include:

• Executing large-scale, complex projects efficiently.
• Leading internal kick-off meetings and communicating project details.
• Managing resource allocation and resolving conflicts.
• Ensuring accuracy of project documentation and adherence to agency processes.
• Tracking costs and ensuring accurate time reporting.
• Mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and project scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of production-related projects (print, digital, broadcast, live events).
• Experience mentoring direct reports.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
