Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking a Senior Key Account Store Operations Specialist to join their London office. The company's mission is to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste. The role involves working directly with key account stores, building relationships with area/regional store managers, and helping them maximize their partnership with Too Good To Go.

Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Area / Regional Managers.
  • Optimising store engagement and improve performance.
  • Increasing supply to reduce food waste.
  • Providing training and support to stores on using Too Good To Go systems.
  • Identifying feedback trends and escalating issues.
  • Ensuring stores have positive customer experiences.
  • Supporting administrative tasks.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Food Retail is advantageous.
  • Passion for fighting food waste.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • First experience with data is preferred.
  • Positive and proactive mindset.
  • Team-player.
  • Empathetic and patient approach.
  • Comfortable in handling repetitive tasks.
