Too Good To Go, a certified B Corp social impact company, is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join their team in New York City. The role focuses on supporting the company's growth by managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales and Key Accounts. The Junior Recruiter will proactively source and screen candidates, provide guidance to hiring managers, and contribute to data sharing and reporting. They will also build relationships internally and externally, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while hiring at speed.
Role involves:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes within Sales and Key Accounts.
- Sourcing and screening candidates.
- Providing guidance and support to Hiring Managers.
- Partnering internally to create job adverts.
- Maintaining an active pipeline of referrals.
- Contributing to data sharing via analytical reports.
- Building influential relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment process within Sales/Commercial roles OR proven experience working in a high volume sales environment.
- Hands-on experience with direct sourcing.
- Awareness of the importance of being in a data-driven environment and working with KPI’s.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Greenhouse knowledge is a huge plus!
