Too Good To Go is seeking a highly motivated Head of Sales & Partners to lead the Sales & Growth teams in Austria and Switzerland. This role involves scaling partner operations and achieving acquisition and growth goals. The Head of Sales & Partners will report directly to the Country Director and will be part of the Management team.
The role involves:
Leading the Sales & Growth Team in Austria and Switzerland.
Defining account strategies and achieving acquisition and expansion goals.
Professionalizing and developing the Sales & Growth Team.
Ensuring a positive experience for partner companies.
The requirements are:
Experience in Sales and/or Account Management in Austria and Switzerland.
Proven acquisition success in the Food/FMCG sector.
Experience in stakeholder management and leading a sales team.
Proficiency in using KPIs and sales tools (ideally Salesforce).
Fluency in German and English, ideally also in French or Italian.
