Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Contract Sourcer to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for sourcing top talent and building a talent pipeline, focusing on Sales and Operations roles in Brazil and Argentina. This is a 2-3 month contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Source top talent for technical openings.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Use assessment tools to evaluate candidates.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Provide clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sourcing or full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring for US-based companies.
- Excellent command of English.
- Advanced Spanish and Portuguese language skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social recruiting platforms.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of common human resources practices.
