Contract Sourcer

Job Description

Xometry, a company that connects people with manufacturers, is seeking a Contract Sourcer to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role involves sourcing top technical talent and building a talent pipeline for future hiring. The Contract Sourcer will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing and recruitment strategy. This is a 2-3 month contract position with responsibility for sourcing non-technical roles across Brazil and Argentina, specifically in Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Source top talent for technical openings.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
• Use assessment tools to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Provide clear and timely communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies.
• Identify areas for process improvement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sourcing or full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for US-based companies.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Advanced Spanish and Portuguese language skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse).
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Google Apps and Microsoft Suite.
• Strong knowledge of common human resources practices and employment laws.
