Delivery Director

Job Description

Backbase is seeking a Delivery Director to drive the regional delivery strategy for their hub. This role involves managing strategic customers, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring client success. The Delivery Director will create and manage implementation plans using Agile methodologies, collaborating with technical teams to meet client goals while considering Backbase's capabilities. They will also be responsible for financial, client, change, and risk management.

The Delivery Director will provide product information and advise clients, drive crucial conversations to influence strategy, and manage stakeholders at all levels. People management, coaching, and mentorship are critical, as the Delivery Director builds and maintains a top-tier Delivery Team.

Role Involves:

• Creating and managing implementation plans.
• Collaborating with technical teams.
• Managing financial, client, change, and risk.
• Providing product information and advice.
• Driving conversations to influence strategy.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Strong software implementation experience.
• Expert-level understanding of Agile methodology.
• Experience managing a department and external clients.
• Experience developing onboarding/training plans.
• Knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication skills in English.
