Job Description

Stone is seeking a dedicated Médico do Trabalho to join their team in São Paulo/SP. This role is crucial for ensuring the health and safety of Stone's employees, contributing to a positive and compliant work environment. The Médico do Trabalho will be responsible for conducting occupational medical evaluations, participating in the development and implementation of occupational health programs, and contributing to health and safety management at work.

Responsibilities:

• Accompanying actions related to SESMT
• Implementing and maintaining SESMT, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (NRs)
• Developing and implementing accident and occupational disease prevention programs (PPRA, PCMSO, etc.)
• Investigating and analyzing work accidents and incidents, proposing preventive and corrective measures
• Preparing and updating technical safety documentation (reports, etc.)
• Participating in the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), providing technical support and promoting safety actions
• Staying updated on safety laws and regulations
• Advising the company on matters related to safety and health at work

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, with specialization in Occupational Medicine
• Solid knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs) and labor safety laws
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining SESMT
