Job Description
The NFL is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to join their Shared Services team. This role supports HR operations and data analytics, enhancing employee experience and HR capabilities. The HR Operations Associate will manage HR inquiries, maintain employee data, and contribute to data insights for informed decision-making.Responsibilities include:
- Managing and resolving tier-1 HR inquiries through ServiceNow.
- Entering and maintaining employee data in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Developing and updating documentation for HR operational processes.
- Supporting the creation of people analytics using Excel.
Requirements include:
- 2–4+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, HRIS, or an HR support role.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Oracle HCM Cloud preferred.
- Experience using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
