Seasonal Rights & Clearances Coordinator

Job Description

NFL Films is seeking a Seasonal Rights & Clearances Coordinator. This role involves researching and fulfilling requests for third-party materials to be used in NFL Films programming. The coordinator will work closely with in-house producers, post-production scheduling, media administration, and project managers to acquire and license materials within set deadlines and budgets.Responsibilities include researching photos and footage, communicating with various departments, finalizing paperwork, and maintaining organized records.

• Researching and acquiring materials for programming.
• Filing and maintaining records related to research, rights, and clearances.
• Communicating effectively with all departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of research experience
• 1-2 years of television production experience
• Post-Production experience (Preferred)
• Minimum 2 years Rights and Clearances experience (Preferred)
• Experience using AirTable preferred (Preferred)
