Jun Group, a technology company focused on intelligent and trustworthy advertising, is seeking an Associate Director of Media Sales to join their collaborative sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital media and ad tech and eager to advance their sales career.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with media agencies and brands.
  • Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline and prospect database.
  • Breaking new business and growing existing partnerships with advertisers.
  • Collaborating with the sales development team to engage prospects and generate meetings.
  • Collaborating with the media strategy and client services teams on campaign planning and execution.
  • Contributing to the company’s marketing strategies and product development.
  • Attending conferences and industry events.
  • Mentoring new hires and junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience and a proven track record in digital media sales.
  • Existing list of agency relationships
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of strong performance, including breaking new business and exceeding quotas

Jun Group offers a hybrid work model. This role is based in their NYC office at Madison Square Park, where they welcome their team in-office three days per week.
