Vonage is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive their growth in India. The Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on hiring exceptional talent across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams. This role involves shaping the future of Vonage's API/CPaaS business by attracting top-tier talent and delivering an outstanding experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a talent advisor, partnering closely with stakeholders to attract individuals who will contribute to Vonage's mission. They will play a central role in enhancing the end-to-end recruitment process and building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers.
- Craft and execute effective sourcing plans.
- Proactively attract and engage top talent.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Own and manage the offer process end-to-end.
- Leverage recruitment data for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in hiring top-tier talent.
- Deep understanding of the Indian talent landscape.
- Track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience with pipeline management and data integrity.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
