Job Description
Innovaccer is seeking a Director of Customer Success to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring customers achieve their business goals by effectively using the Innovaccer platform. The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing a team to deliver solutions on time and within budget, while also identifying new solutions to better serve client needs.
The Director will work with a team of product, data, and integration engineers and designers to deploy the platform and solutions, addressing complex problems in the healthcare industry. They will delve into customer workflows, understand business problems, and deliver solutions that drive adoption and ensure a positive customer experience.
Role Involves:
- Understanding customer needs and providing solutions to key problems.
- Building client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Managing project delivery, including charters, kickoffs, and requirement gathering.
- Managing the budget and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Identifying relevant datasets and integrating data into stable pipelines.
- Presenting results and proposals to various audiences within customer organizations.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical account management, customer success, or client services/management consulting in the technology and healthcare sector.
- Analytical mindset and experience with analytical or digital transformation projects.
- Background in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Experience in Value-Based Care, Population Health, Health System Operations, Payer, or Life Sciences markets.
- Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in business requirement gathering and expectation management.
- Experience leading delivery/engineering teams in a technology company.
- Experience working with offshore/India teams.
- Ability to travel 30%-40%.
