Manager - Analytics

Job Description

Innovaccer is seeking a Manager - Analytics to join their analytics team. This role involves building next-generation dashboards and reports for customers in the provider/payer market. The Manager will work with product, sales, marketing, and customer innovation teams to understand requirements and define plans for new solutions. They will also interact with customers to gather analytics requirements and convert them into dashboards and reports.

The role involves working with designers to create dashboard mock-ups, understanding Innovaccer data warehousing concepts, and building tools for repeatable data tasks to accelerate development. The Manager will lead multiple projects and guide junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Creating analytical reports & Dashboards for US healthcare customers
• Transforming data using Data Modeling Concepts (Star and Snowflake)
• Collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and customer innovation teams
• Interacting with customers to understand analytics requirements
• Building dashboard mock-ups with relevant KPIs
• Implementing Innovaccer data warehousing best practices
• Building tools for repeatable data tasks
• Leading multiple projects and guiding junior team members

Requirements:

• Around 7 years of experience in data analytics, with experience in PowerBI and SQL
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to lead a team and manage project deliverables
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Hands-on ability to set up reporting tools and build reports
• Data-driven with curiosity and willingness to ask questions
• Ability to think out of the box and bring efficiency
• Experience managing teams and projects
• Expertise with healthcare data
