This role is crucial for reviewing and extracting data from real estate source documents, ensuring accuracy for debt portfolio modeling. The Analyst will collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and complete training modules to enhance their skills.Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and extracting data from real estate documents like loan agreements and promissory notes.

Requirements:

• Post Graduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial document processing or related field.
• Professional proficiency in speaking and writing Japanese.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with loan documents.
• Effective communication skills.
• Real estate familiarity is a plus.
