Job Description
Simpplr is seeking a Migration Project Manager to lead customers through system migrations. The Project Manager will coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure effective communication across teams to keep projects on track. This role involves managing multiple complex technical projects simultaneously.
Role involves:
- Leading and managing multiple simultaneous technical system migration projects.
- Acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Maintaining customer project plans based on real-time feedback.
- Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Providing clear and consistent updates through weekly status reports.
- Managing post-migration activities and documenting lessons learned.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to project management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/certifications.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Effective at building and nurturing relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion.
- Experience working in customer-facing technical migration projects.
