Job Description

NEORIS, a company with over 25 years of experience, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team in Spain. The ideal candidate will have experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Power BI, as well as a strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes. The Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, creating and enhancing dashboards and business intelligence reports with Power BI, analyzing data quality, and documenting technical solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining ETL data integration processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Creating and enhancing dashboards and business intelligence reports with Power BI based on business needs.
• Analyzing data quality, identifying inconsistencies, and proposing improvements.
• Documenting technical solutions and development processes following Mapfre’s internal standards.
• Collaborating closely with functional and technical teams to understand and translate requirements.
• Participating in regular project meetings with remote and local teams.
• Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality development deliverables.

Requirements include:

• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes.
• Proficient in creating mappings, sessions, workflows, and managing ETL load issues.
• Experience working with various data sources and targets (Oracle, SQL Server, flat files, etc.).
• Experience with Power BI.
• Skilled in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop.
• Solid understanding of data modeling in Power BI: relationships, DAX measures, calculated columns.
• Ability to connect Power BI to various data sources (databases, Excel, cloud services).
• Experience publishing and maintaining reports in Power BI Service.
• Understanding of data quality, governance processes, and technical documentation.
• Fluent Spanish (mandatory).
