Job Description
The company, XP Inc., is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its Security Services team. This role focuses on investment clubs, structured funds, liquid funds, and managed portfolios. The analyst will be responsible for process improvement, providing quality service, and operational restructuring within the team.

Role involves:
  • Processing clubs, portfolios, liquid and structured funds.
  • Supporting fund controllership and relationships with administrators and managers.
  • Executing activities related to fiduciary liquidation, FIDC, FOF, and fixed income funds.
  • Operating in a high-volume environment with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in investment fund operations (manager or administrator).
  • Knowledge of controllership, liquidation, reconciliation, and fund quotas.
  • Experience with managed portfolios and structuring investment clubs.
