XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Analyst for its Securities Services team. The Analyst will be crucial in evolving, maintaining, and creating new processes and controls for regulatory reporting of investment clubs and funds managed by XP. This role aims to enhance the agility, efficiency, and scalability of processes, improving the management of products and client service.

Responsibilities include:

• Controlling deadlines for regulatory obligations of investment clubs and funds.
• Preparing regulatory reports under the administrator's responsibility.
• Monitoring compliance with deadlines and the quality of regulatory reports from custodians.
• Implementing review and validation processes for information sent to regulatory bodies.
• Preparing executive reports for presentation in fiduciary committees.

Requirements:
