Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Assistente de Serviços Qualificados to join their Securities Services team. This role is based in São Paulo, SP.

The Assistente will be crucial in the evolution, maintenance, and creation of new processes and controls for the flows within the area responsible for controlling and issuing financial statements for XP's administered Investment Clubs and Funds. The ideal candidate will contribute to the agility, efficiency, and scalability of the process, improving how XP cares for its products and clients.

Role Involves:

  • Accompanying the control of the issuance of Financial Statements (DF’s) of the funds managed by XP.
  • Formalizing the hiring of external auditors.
  • Monitoring the progress of audits with custodians and auditors to enable the timely delivery of documentation to ensure the issuance of DF’s within the regulatory deadline.
  • Preparing reports on the topic for executive committees.
  • Conducting and providing stakeholders with qualitative analyses to reduce qualifications and ensure the quality of financial statements.

Requirements:
