Sr. Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) - Infotainment

Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their automation team. The ideal candidate will have a background in test automation framework development and deployment and a can-do attitude. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their field, learn quickly, and strive for perfection in a fast-paced environment.Role involves:

• Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Developing and executing automated/manual test cases.
• Performing bug tracking and management.
• Creating test plans and test cases for assigned features.
• Building flexible and scalable automation solutions.
• Validating high-quality, high-performance software.
• Testing and releasing software in alignment with vehicle integration.
• Designing, maintaining, and executing automated tests.
• Supporting and coordinating between QA engineers and development teams.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional software development testing experience.
• 5+ years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience with Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience in automotive field.
• Experience in test automation for Linux, QNX, Android OS, and/or iOS.
• Experience with continuous integration systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or related field.
